USOB is a fictional league that strives on letting the members run the league. We do not have an appointed commissioner, instead we have league committees which make decisions for the league. Our league motto is "Per Populum, Pro Populum", which translates to "by the people, for the people". This motto is definitely what we believe in as a league.

Our league has an incentive point system to encourage activity. Incentive points are given for writing articles, voting for awards, etc…

The league started in August of 2012 and is in its 18th season. Roughly half of the league are original members.
