We're hiring - Full-time lead graphics designer

Hey guys,

the past years have been pretty amazing for us and our lead graphics designer Daniela has been a big part of that by doing an amazing job. However, she has recently decided to try something entirely new in her life, so she will leave the company soon. We wish her all the best for her new adventures and we're sure she will succeed.

So, we have a void to fill, so we are currently hiring a full-time lead graphics designer who will be responsible for the design & artwork of all our products (OOTP, MLBM, FHM, BTS). In case you don't know yet, we are a company based in Germany (Hamburg), and we would require the person to at least spend 6 months over here (starting September 1st) in order to learn our processes & tools and to be around for the OOTP 18 crunch time. Maybe this sounds a bit scary, but let me tell you, the city of Hamburg is wonderful, very open-minded and one of the best places to live in the entire world. Also, language should not be an issue, most people do indeed speak English here, and most people really enjoy doing so. Just ask Matt, he had an awesome time over here last year :)

So, what are we exactly looking for, first the must-haves:
- Open-minded, dynamic and talented graphics designer with professional knowledge & experience working with Photoshop
- A good understanding and experience with graphical interface design
- A passion for American sports, it's history and design tradition
- A skill for communication and team-oriented working habits

Now the nice-to-haves:
- Experience with 3D modelling (3D Max / Blender)
- Experience with modern web design and its techniques (HTML5 etc.)
- Experience with visual advertising (ad banners, newsletter headers etc.)
- A desire to keep up-to-date with latest trends in web / game / general design

Alright... if you are interested in joining the coolest tiny company in the world, send me an email to jobs(at)ootpdevelopments.com with your full resume, examples of your work & other stuff you think could convince us to get you on board.

Cheers!
Markus

I have none of the credentials you listed but I'm a natural when it comes to drawing art.

See for yourself:

(I drew this in less than 3 hours.
I know, right?!?)

When do i start?

I recognize that signature style and attention to detail...you must be the same person who designed that new Florida Panther's logo!
