Probably need more info, I'm assuming you're a team owner and not a commissioner?

Also is this your first time trying to export?

yup, GM and steps 4-6 have been done already before trying to export

To be honest our 30 man league has had issues for people who follow the instructions as it is in the manual for the GM file. Pretty much everyone who did it the way the manual says has this issue. People who manually made the settings folder and moved the GM file there and then verified it did not have the 201 issue.
