Roster Questions for Newbie
 

Hey guys,

Quick question. First year playing the game and I absolutely love it! I just have a quick question in regards to roster updates.

Are there ever roster updates in season that allow you to start in season with the current rosters, stats, injuries etc from the Majors? I have gone through about 5 years and feel like I really have a handle on the game and now that I have a grasp on what is going on I would love to start a new season that begins on June 21 (or there abouts).

No, or at least there hasn't been in the past. Last year, the OOTP gang released an update with rosters as they were at the end of the 2012 season, but never has Markus & Co. released a mid-season update with accurate rosters at that point.

However, there could be someone on these forums who runs their world based on real-life transactions as they happen. Might be worth posting in the mods forum to ask if there's anyone doing that and if they'd share their rosters as a quickstart.
