I need help setting up new league
 

Hi,

I am looking for some help setting up a new replay league. It is going to have random debut historical players. The league is going to be a historical start but with random league rules such as league expansion, team relocation, roster size, etc.

Is this possible?

Basically no. The historical league will follow historical rules Best way to get is is start with a historical league save it as a template. Ctreate a fictional league with the setup from the historical and import the historical template, delete the fictional players and start a inaugural draft then delete historical league. i can get into more detail in a day or 2.

Are you going to create the randomness (expansion, roster size changes, relocation) yourself, or are you wanting dynamic evolution/OOTP to create the randomness? If you're going to create it yourself, all you have to do is create a historical league in whatever year you want to start and turn off the auto-expansion(expand according to history) feature. This will allow you to make all the changes you desire, whenever you choose to do so.
