201 error when exporting to FTP

We have one GM in our online league that keeps getting the 201 error when trying to export.

He has the accountsgm file placed in his settings folder which resolved the issue for everyone else.

Any other ideas?

He has a Windows PC.

We just put out a hotfix today which is not compatible, so are they running a different version than the commish exported on?

This is a pre hotfix issue

When helping others on this issue I've often found that the GM has downloaded an accountsdata_gms.dat file, but has another in their downloads folder. When this happens, Windows names the new file accountsdata_gms(1).dat. I find then that the GM has copied that file directly into his settings folder.

If this is the case, have them close the game, rename accountsdata_gms(1).dat > accountsdata_gms.dat, and open the game.

He did that. The 201 is a connect error and npw he can't even download the latest version of the sim in-game :(

Maybe:

1) Go to the download folder, and sort it by file name.
2) Delete every version of the accountsdata_gms.dat file in it.
3) Download the league's current accountsdata_gms.dat file.
4) Copy the new file from downloads into the league settings folder.

I had this problem and this worked for me after a 201 connect error. Thanks!!
