Cannot download highlight reel
 

After the OOTP 20 Perfect Team Tournament update installation today, I am not able to download highlight reels. Error message says highlight reel cannot be downloaded at this time; try again later.

I can download the post-simulation league update, see stats, box scores, standing, etc. So it's not an internet problem.

I also cannot view the highlight reel or watch the replay since installing the update. Is this user error on my part?

Same thing here.
 

After update, I can't watch highlights either. Same message as yours.

Me too. 3 teams and no highlights can be downloaded so far this week.

I'm seeing the same issue–clicking the HIGHLIGHT REEL button stalls the app for a few seconds, and then I get the error message (which incidentally can take multiple clicks on OK before it actually dismisses).

Now I can't download post-simulation either
 

Once simulation starts, it just continues. The notification to download the new file doesn't occur. I have to shut down OOTP and re-start in order to download the latest Perfect Team data. Then everything updates, but still no highlight reel or game replay.

I hope this is fixed soon. Following your season isn't the same without the replays & highlights.

Any update on this? It's a huge downer to not be able to watch my team's playoff game replays.

This is fixed now!

Still not working for me this morning. Tried deleting the game and all related folders and reinstalling, changing the saved game folder location, etc. Still says the highlight cannot be downloaded.

Actually, it does not. Sorry. It works in tournaments, but not in regular PT league play. We will have to release another OOTP 20 patch for this later this week. :(

Still doesn't work for me after installing today's update.
