First off we are currently running OOTP19 through our 1977 playoffs and rule 5 draft and will be moving to OOTPXX on or around April 23rd

X Factor Baseball League started as a Historical League (with the CBA, and other variables in place, thus the X Factor) in the 1970 Season (April of 2017). The league is setup so that GM's control rules, expansion, DH, bla bla bla via votes each off-season. We have basically stuck to most main historical aspects of the league.

X Factor Baseball League just finished its eighth season (1977) and is starting the playoffs... We also have a great core of active GMs... The Angels have been contenders for years but slipped a little this year finishing 3rd in the AL West with 90 Wins....

Also, this season for XFBL and MTBA, (besides having their normal championships) each league will have their respective playoff teams compete for the FBN Championship in a modified double elimination tournament...

We utilize Slack as our primary communications vehicle and the XFBL Forum for posting trades and other pertinent information...

If a team came open, I'd be interested. Were these teams originally drafted fantasy style, or was the original year of the league with default historical rosters?

Yes,we started with the default historical rosters.... but some minor league teams were added in spots to balance all the organizations...

The Chicago Cubs are in need of a GM if you are interested apply at the website or via a PM here... We lost one of original GM's due to some RL stuff... he will be missed but has built an excellent organization...
