pp purchase problem
 

Hey all,
I made a 20.00 payment at 12:13am 3/13/19 thru paypal and the game won't accept the code. I got confirmation from paypal, have not received a confirmation from ootp. The game says it can not redeem license, to try again later, it may not be active yet. This has never happened before, the code has always been accepted with no delay.
This affected some purchases I was planning to make , but are gone now.
Please advise how to proceed.

I have a perfectly good discover credit card and every time I try to purchase pp my card is not accepted. Same card I have used to purchase every version of ootp since ootp 13,including my pre order of 20. Very frustrating.
