How do I sign this player?
 

My original offer was for a $3,600,000 signing bonus. He liked it then came back and said that Houston made a better offer. So it suggested that I meet his demand of $5,000,000. I did but I keep getting a message saying that I need to meet his demand of $5,000,000. I hit meet demand and nothing happens. The submit offer button stays grayed out. Any ideas on how I can submit this offer?

Try hitting "ask for response." He'll likely say it sounds good please submit it or something to that effect and the submit button will be available
