FHM5 - Upload / Download League Files

For FHM5, will the ability to upload and download FTP files exist within the game itself?

From the look of the guide, it appears that the owner of the league has to create a new save.zip file and make it available for all users to download after every sim.

I'm hoping that is not the case, and that I am just missing something.

Right now this is the case, yes. The ability to create the league file (as Commish) and upload it from the game should be available in the near future.
