Injury Mod!
 

Hey guys here is a custom injuries.txt which reduces the length of injuries in the game. I have removed all injuries that last longer than 60 days. This does not effect the frequency of how often injuries occur, just the minimum and maximum length of time the injury will affect the player.

*Make sure you have closed out the iOOTP on your iPhone.

*To install it open you iPhone with iPhone Explorer or i-FunBox and navigate to the iOOTP2011.app/iOOTPData/database

*First rename injuries.txt to injuries_org.txt

*Then just copy the new injuries.txt into the directory.

editing any of the txt files doesn't seem to work for me

The injury file edit seems to work perfectly, but the others I have also had issue with getting the game to update the stat model. Let me know if you can not get the injury mod work because I have not had any issue.

Keep in mind is that if you do customize the injuries.txt file, the next time that an iOOTP update is applied (such as 1.0.3) to your device, your customized file will be replaced with the original one. That means you will have to recopy your customized injuries.txt file again after any update. Therefore, save your customized injuries.txt file in a safe place so that you can quickly recopy it after future updates.
