Ultra-Dynasty

I have played for now almost two centuries in iOOTP 14 and have never seen anything like this. My team building has led to the greatest dynasty in baseball history. 6 championships in 9 years. I have a feeling it's about to come to an end with multiple players retiring or free agents, but I'll let you know if I win another

What does the player pool look like that deep in?

From the leagues where I have gotten many years in I have noticed many low contact power hitters, many 100 speed and 100 defense rated guys, not many high average guys, many batters who avoid striking out, and very few high strike out pitchers.

As well as my biggest complaint, a league full of starting pitchers and closers as all middle relief pitchers and setup men become former starting pitchers.

Stats wise I seem to see really no 200+ strikeout pitchers, and really just not much of a diverse player pool. Not many prototypical lead off hitters, etc.

honestly I haven't noticed much of w change over time. I definitely think there are still a lot of high contact guys. The field is pretty diverse for me honestly.

Interesting.

Well are the high contact guys just the superstars with high power and other stats as well? Or do you still have guys with high contact and lower power ratings?

Hopefully what I have been seeing is just either an aberration or maybe just each league is different.

Take a look at the CPU bullpens, are most of the guys former starters?

And do you still have many 200k pitchers?

No plenty of high contact, not high power guys. Actually those guys are my favorites. There are still some aces with 200+ strikeouts. I do, however, agree with the CPU bullpens. Too many SPs as relievers

Yeah it would be nice if they could just add a code in the game or something to have the cpu prefer relievers for the bullpen over starters
