Connection Problems
 

So I'm having a very strange issue with the website my online league is associated with. From my PC (where OOTP is installed) I cannot connect to the website/forum and I also cannot download the file in game. I cannot export my file from this PC to the online server so the commish can use it. Not everyone in the league is having this problem, seems like a couple others, and me.



Alternatively, I can use my private proxy to connect to the site, browse the forum, which is a pain in the ass, but if I wanna read the forum, I gotta do it.



First, has anyone ran into this issue with their leagues before and might possibly know a solution?


Second, is there any way to use my proxy IP to use in-game to connect to the FTP server so I can download my leagues file?


If none of this is making sense, let me know what doesn't make sense and I can clarify more.
