Tactical Advantage Questions
 

A couple questions about the tactical advantage:

1) Is it always best to get the maximum tactical advantage that you can? Or once you get it, it doesn't matter by how much? From my experience, it seems the bigger the difference, the better my results.

2) When the numbers change colors, what does this mean? What do the various colors mean?
