my computer is being repaired can i use my current game on a different computer?

Your license comes with two allowable installations. Hopefully, two things:
1) You have saved your game on an external device which will allow you to transfer it to the new computer.
2) You will get the opportunity to remove your license from the old computer if that becomes necessary (i.e., discarded).

You can only continue playing with your current save if you manually moved it to a hard drive / cloud first. OOTP itself does not do cloud saves.

If you bought it on steam you just login into steam from any other computer

when doing this - HIGHLY recommend zipping all the files first. so many small files it will increase the copy time 100x

True; probably depends on league size, too, but I find it about 80% faster with my league for sure.
