Financials iOOTP14

Hi, I'm conducting a 1959 season with iOOTP14 on an iPad Mini. The game has been working fine but when I got a message from a player looking to work out a new contract, I see nowhere to open the contract negotiations anywhere.

Would appreciate any advice.
