Rule 5 drafts are slow
 

Has anyone else noticed Rule 5 drafts being slow, in the beta? I don't have any particular documentation, simply when I click "complete draft" after looking over the choices and being done, it takes many minutes. Much slower than any other phase of the game, and I don't remember it being like this in version 19.
