The Grand Salami
 

The Grand Salami is a modern day MLB style league with a slight twist in that the league does not have divisions. Every team in the AL/NL is in one big division, fighting it out with 14 other teams to make the playoffs. Our GMs have found this format has created some quite compelling playoff races down the stretch, and have enjoyed the change.

Sim Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday during the season. Daily offseason.
Sim Length: One week.
Scouting: Enabled with normal accuracy. 20-80 ratings relative to MLB.
Coaches: Disabled
Injuries and Suspensions: Both normal, with delayed diagnosis turned off.

Format: Modern MLB except without divisions. Relatively balanced schedule with five interleague series total. Top five teams from each league make the playoffs. Wildcard round is the 5th seed at 4th seed for a three game series. Remaining playoff format is unchanged.

Hi, im a total noob at this but was wondering if its possible to dip my toes into the water in your league

Arizona and Texas are currently available with GMs that currently run them leaving at the end of the season. You can get in now though as we're two weeks ahead of the trade deadline as of this post.

Texas is are only remaining open team. Just entered free agency ahead of the 2022 season.

White Sox are available. They made it to the World Series the previous season. Have about two months of the season left and they're still in playoff contention.
