Same here. Tried many times bought through Ootp Website as previous versions. Preordered in January 2013 but no data found :(

Getting same thing - no license data record found.

Remember that it's your order ID, and not your license number.

Try typing it rather than copy/pasting. That makes a difference some times.

I've been having difficulties as well, both with copy/pasting the eSellerate order ID and email and typing it in manually. I'm mostly chalking it up to initial hiccups. Hopefully it'll go through soon.

I think it would still be a good idea to provide the keys, so that even if someone wants the game on Steam they may choose to buy it direct instead (assuming you get more money from the non-Steam sales).

Gave the tool a try, but no luck. I have the Linux version of OOTP14, so purchased through PISD, not eSellerate, which is what the form seems to be asking for. Should the tool work (with the PISD info)?

No problems here with the key.

I would just like to mention to the people who are using steam to take a moment and visit their OOTP forum. Some are making inappropriate comments about the game which could discourage potential buyers. Your own input may help them understand how customizable the game is.
