All cards were made inactive - lost every game

Came here looking for an answer, explanation and some kind of action from OOTP.

All my cards were made inactive at some point yesterday and the season kept simming. So I was given a lineup of "Unknown" and have lost every game since. I went from best record in my PL and first place in my division, to being crap! WTF! My season is probably over. How much PP did this cost my team earning!? Unless the plan is your going to do the same to every other team in my league?

When I went to reset rosters, all players have no stats for this weeks season. Yet all those loses were sure counted to towards my teams record.

Ill give them a chance to fix this as there is something I may have missed.

This is a known issue that extremely rarely pops up (like 1 in a million imports) but yesterday's internet outage (https://arstechnica.com/information-...uffer-outages/) affected our backend provider too, increasing the odds of this happening. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse this, sorry. We are currently working on a fix that should prevent this from happening in the future.

Could this be related to the issue I described in the “Could not synch your card data. Please retry.” thread? That has been going on since Sunday for me but I have gotten no official feedback on the issue which has prevented me from accessing my teams for five days.
