14 & 15 year old free agents?

i finished my first NHL season, had the draft and afterward i noticed something like 300 14/15 year old free agents from places like serbia, mongolia, england, and other non-traditional hockey places. the game got super slow around this time too... like sorting the free agent list brought the spinning wheel out. I've simmed to december and its a bit faster, but i still have the 300 odd 14/15 year olds.
