One, I don't think it should be illegal but 2) it is against the rules so 3) it would be unfair to those who try to follow the rules (if any institution actually exists) for this to go unpunished if true. IMO, this puts more of a spotlight on how unfair the NCAA's amateur rules are.

Pay these kids already. NCAA has to make a short list for most hypocritical, self serving institutions of all time.
