Minor League Modifiers
I created a pair of fictional minor leagues in my Modern League, but the last few seasons the modifiers have been out of whack. The leagues are painfully low on strikeouts, high on doubles, etc. What would be the best way to rectify this? I know I should set the modifiers of the specific stats to 1.000 or as close as possible, but I think those modify the specific numbers the leagues are expected to hit, correct? The hard numbers I assume I should bring over from other leagues of the same levels (Short-Season and Rookie Ball)?
