Historical Redo - Face Gen Question

Good Afternoon All!

I just began a historical league from 1910 - Present to rewrite all of history with the historical teams & players (transactions/lineups off, so Cal Ripken may be on the Yankees :-)).

However, I noticed that in 1990 when I was looking at the history, African American players were white? This includes people such as Barry Bonds and Harold Baines.

I know there is a Historical Face Gen mod. Here are my questions:

1) If I download that mod now (middle of a league), where do I put all of the files? Or does it auto do this?

2) What is the reason it was set up this way?

Hopefully someone will be along with better answers but in the meantime:

1. If you downloaded as an Add-On within the game and then Installed, it will put them where they need to go.

2. I thiink the reason is that the game uses Gambo's database which doesn't record the player's race, so the game is picking a race randomly.

Thanks a ton!

I forgot to say that if you're using the facegen files then, obviously, the player will have an accurate race. Big thanks to those facegen file makers!
