trade deadline in chl doesn't work

i think i've come across another bug...the trade deadline in the canadian hockey league does not work...teams can trade whenever they want after the deadline

i just figured out that the trade deadline in the chl doesn't work when you go into the edit league part of the game and save anything you've changed in that league. maybe you could take a look at this.
