Why is there Championship icons for teams in PT but not offline?
 

This is another spot where it makes no sense to have this in Perfect Team, but not have it in the offline mode which built the OOTP franchise. Also, the PT interface has different trophies for different levels, but offline is stuck with one generic trophy (unless you call the your championship "the world series" then you get that).

How are these things not in the offline version, when it seams it would be very easy to add?

While it is a small feature, it still wasn't included in offline game play, only PT.

In PT teams change league levels. In normal OOTP games they do not. And we do have two trophies there, the World Series trophy and the generic one for fictional leagues.

Regarding championship icons for solo leagues, that is on my to-do list. ;)

I am sorry, but that is simply wrong.
