Has anybody been able to add ones to your Team?

It's not possible to add new affiliates.

Is it possible to change or take away affiliations?

No.

Either in the future? Can you change like Indy Fuel-Chicago to MO Mavericks Chicago?
In the News say like New York Rangers contract is up with Hartford and decides not to renew it because maybe Rent is getting to high or Hartford gets purchased by another Team.

Though it is not actually changing affiliations, You can always just change the affiliate team names/locations.

I created the Super-AHL(S-AHL) from the AHL and don't want teams exchanging players with the NHL ,since this is a rival league. I have to make everyone on a no-movement contract to keep players from moving to the other league(except with my permission).
