Some questions about Momentum and Tactical Advantage

Ok, still getting grips with the game. Any help would really be appreciated! :)

1) How do you challenge Momentum when it's not going your way? It's been totally in my opponents favour all game.

2) My opponent is winning the tactical advantage, but some of their numbers are in green and some are in red, what does this mean?

3) Opposition Offence was beating my Defence 50 to low 30's, this decreased to 30 by the end of the first period, so I changed my defensive player roles to more yellow and red roles to try and give me some advantage (the ones I selected weren't of detriment to my tactics, so I had good numbers). In the next period, these numbers didn't change. I was expected my defensive efficiency to increase but they've remained flat at 30. Any ideas on what's going on here. I was outshot in the game 35-10 after 2 periods but my offence is only losing 44 v 57 and the game is tied 1-1.

Momentum isn't something you can change directly, it's just an informational indicator that tracks which team has been controlling the game over the last period or so.

The tactical advantage colours indicate the degree of the advantage, green is at the low end of the scale and red at the high.

I'll check to see if the score display is updating correctly when changes are made between periods.

Does winning a fight or when a fight occur boost both teams momentum ? At the moment theyres not enough of them so I'm hoping in next version of Fhm5 theyres some form of slider to increase or decrease this much like the scoring goals and penalty frequency
