Here's my 2017-18 Mestis pack. It includes jerseys, helmets, goalie helmets, team logos and league logo.

Mestis 2017-18 for FHM4

To install in your current game, extract to your \saved_games\your saved game name.lg\graphics folder.
You can also extract it to your \quickstart_games\OpeningDay.quick\graphics folder so that it will be used every time you start a new game.

I don't plan on doing a full update for the Mestis, but this pack includes the Tampere Koovee and sponsorless jerseys (only jerseys, no helmets) for every affiliated/junior team of the Mestis clubs.
