Greetings,

I started this in OOTP 19 and have pretty much finished it, so I thought I'd make it available. 1961-2019 franchise all star teams with about 40 players per franchise. Most players were imported in the season that best represented their career. I'm still not happy with some of the ratings, but that's just OOTP I guess. It starts in the preseason so more tinkering can be done if you so choose. Colorado and Arizona were combined, as well as Miami and Tampa.

Just noticed a random fictional player named 'Allen Chaowu' as a reliever on Tampa. I just deleted him, not sure why he is/was there. I'll look to see if there are any more fake players about.
