Nike's shoes being investigated.

Personally, I don't know how any one has a right to complain. Unless there is a mechanism in the shoes, unless they aren't available to everyone, no one should have a problem with it.

LOL spring effect. Where is the bar set to be considered unfair or assisting? Over bare feet? Any good running shoe can be seen to have that effect.

I noticed a huge difference when I bough the first Air Jordan's back in the 80s. They also had a spring effect and I felt like I could run forever. Best 120 bucks I ever spent. But the real difference maker is in their comfort level. Not any mechanism.

Look at the gloves WRs use. They give an incredible advantage over those not using them. I don't know how WRs drop passes using them.
