What happens if a team doesn't have enough players dressed?

This was a problem in the first two versions of FHM. The game would crash if a team was under-manned.

Has this been fixed or will the game crash?

A fill roster with fictional players option would be nice(you wouldn't
need to check 30 plus team rosters).
