Stolen bases easy to abuse
 

This seems to be an issue with MLB Manager, that I don't get in OOTP (I play both), when actually playing the games (not simming them), I easily reach unrealistic stolen bases level (without getting caught much).

- Double Steals almost always seem to succeed, even with very slow players, as long as they're decent (ie 50+) in stealing rating

- With 90+ steal rating, and 50+ speed, I can quite consistently and repeatedly steal 2nd and 3rd base, which makes it a bit easy provided I have decent contact hitters.

Last year, I registered A 215 SB / 15 CS with my top stealer, which seems... a tad unrealistic for me. I usually trust the 4 first places in the league Stolen Bases leaderboard

I could play with house rules, and simming the games actually make the numbers go down to more modest levels, but there seems to be something that could be corrected here (in OOTP stealing bases to an excess gets punished)
