I totally understand that some people are fully against the Ultimate Team game modes but there’s no reason why a game can’t offer both a collectible game mode and a regular sim mode. But, like a poster above has already stated, let’s just get the game in our hands first.

I'm sure this is exactly what fans of Madden were saying the first year MUT was introduced. Now every year of Madden it's the same sim/career/franchise game with features from those removed, then added, then removed, then added, then removed...All the while MUT receives upgrades/improvements and added features.

Now here we are with the OOTP dev team showing how much control they have given to EA after all. Or maybe I'm wrong, maybe EA hasn't infected yet another great indie dev, but with this whole Perfect Game/MUT wannabe, to me, the writing is on the wall.

Ooooo, maybe OOTP will introduce a story mode with some generic rpg-like interactions next too. That would be super.

Yes, I'm bitter.
