Where do you find playoff results from Sunday?

My Thieves were in the finals last night. When I got up this morning, I know I didn't win as I was not greeted with a trophy. But the screen didn't show the last game results, as I had been promoted to a new league.

Where can I find the game results from the finals?

AFAIK You can't. Playoff results from previous seasons are gone.

Thanks for this. I was wondering how my FTP gold team managed to win. 1-0 in 10 innings to force game 7, then 5-4 to win it. Great series.
