The OMLB- Recruiting Thread (Modern League est. July 2014)
 

We are an OOTP 17 league that began play in July of 2014. We are just passed the deadline in 2023. We will move to OOTP 18 after this season. We have also announced plans to expand in 2027 with a very unique in depth process. We also recently added a unique aspect to the league with a podcast.

BTW. We welcome all levels of players. Newbs, veterans , and intermediates. I was a newb for OOTP 2007 and was welcomed by a couple of leagues. Now I'm pretty damn good at this. :)

OOTP Version: OOTP 17 (We will move to OOTP 18 after this season.)
Players: We started with OOTP 15 Build 11 2014 Default Rosters
# Of Teams: 30
Exports Due: 7am Eastern Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we switch to everyday sims during playoffs, off season, & draft.
League Time Per Sim: 7 days (With exceptions for key dates, and the end of the off season)
Current Season: 2021

Features:
- 2-8 Ratings scale like the real scouts use with a 20-80 overall and Potential again like real scouts use.
- Full Minors
- 6 of the other International Leagues running Parallel, 2 being used as a Waiting List League. We also recently adjusted their free agent time to 6 years to allow for more talent coming our way.
- A points award system for Participation to use on various things.

Oakland A's (73-45 leading the AL West)
Baltimore Orioles (Currently 67-50, and 7.5 Out of the AL East this season. and in the 2nd Wildcard spot.)
Chicago White Sox (40-78, 4th in the AL Central, rebuild.)
