Substituting a LH throwibg 1B as 3B/SS

There are 3 other RH infielders on the field, but the AI put a LH as both a 3B and SS. Pujols should have shifted from 1B for Helton to take over there.

Good news is that with the new substitution logic in OOTP20, this problem should go away :)
