Mail Options Greyed Out
 

I am unable to go forward in my game, i got an email for a job offer and unable to decline or delete the email to move forward.

Tried deleting the msg? That worked for me

Edit:
Saw that you already tried that. does it work to delete all the messages?

Shutting off all the "Exit Auto-Play" options in Manager Options should get you past it (may also require an exit from the game and re-start.)
