OOTP Fictional League Enterting 22 Season Looking For A GM
 

Before I get to far into the details let me start with this:

This team is a complete dumpster fire.

No money, not a lot of ML talent, 13th ranked farm and retained a lot of a terrible contract to try and get some kind of return back on a declining player. So if you are interested please know that this will be a working progress.

As for the league we are in February entering our 22nd season. We sim 3 times a week (7 days each sim) until the trade deadline then we up it to 4 times a week. Our offseasons usually take about a month.

We have a very active slack chat (which you only need to be a part of if you want) and also still use some email. Previously most of our sims were live streamed but a new job will probably limit us to half of them being live. We do use S+ and to add some credibility to the league the creator of S+ is a very active GM for us. For ratings we only use potentials so no actual ratings. We do have stars on and 1-20 scale.

Just so we are clear we are still on OOTP 18 and look to be skipping 19.
