help transferring data
 

Hello, I owned OOTP16 on my old computer and had a ton of different saves on there. On my new computer I have OOTP18 and was wondering if there was a way to transfer data from 16 to 18 (I know you can go from 17 to 18) if not is there a way I can re download OOTP16 on my new computer without having to pay the $20, then I could just transfer between computers since it'd still be OOTP16

Just for the sake of completionism:
You can download 16 and register it on the new CPU without having to pay for it again. You get 2 product keys and if you have used both you can unregister one from an unused CPU and register the new CPU.
