where to go for negro league & cooperstown players ?

It says I can draft hall of fame players and negro league players to make all star teams. How do I go about this ?

Here is info on a Cooperstown league, but it is for V11, so it would have to be converted to 12 then 13, 14 and 15...

You will probably want to use the Spritze database... The best for historical imo... Here are some threads that may help you... If not try using the search for "Importing Historical Players"...
