Just saw that this German guy has this baseball game he just made and he's shopping it around. What do Europeans know about baseball?

OOTP2! That was the first version I played!

Man, that was so buggy that I ended up getting frustrated and going back to Mogul. But I stuck with it based on potential. Thankfully, it surpassed even the five-star potential I saw in it. :)

I must admit, "Components ERA" is a pretty uncommonly seen stat.

If we knew what we would have now how picky would we have been then?
Kinda fun to rediscover the new things we liked about each version.

Wow, has it been that long? Loved the game then and still do.

I think this German guy may have a future in this genre!!!:D

Even reading that gets me excited about this game.

Looks like a great Baseball. I hope it has Full Customazition/Expansion draft,Full Offseason Mode.

If OOTP makes a Basketball Game like Out of the Park Baseball it wood be good.

What would a baseball sim be without a basketball game mode?

So unrealistic. Hope he adds the ability to tweak how closely a player performs to real life. Or better yet, he better develop as he would in real life too!

That could really bother some folks if it's not in there.

OOTP 2 was the first version I played as well.

I found it for free on Home of the Underdogs and fell in love with it, playing it for hours. Then, out of curiosity I went online and searched for more information on this game.

Not only was there a new version out there, there were two and OOTP 5 was about to be released.

Needless to say, I was quick to buy OOTP 5, as I was already enthralled by a game that was three iterations old.
