Toronto's first Spring Training game was costly. They beat the Mariners 5-1, but in Lonnie Chisenhall's first at bat in a Jays uniform he took a pitch off his foot and ended up with a break. He is going to miss most of spring training.

Mike Bybee had a nice game, going 2 for 4 with a home run and 3 RBI.
