submitted a ticket regarding ootp20 2 days ago (labeled critical) and still haven't heard back
 
basically my title; submitted a ticket regarding ootp20 2 days ago (labeled critical) and still haven't heard back. but the problem with my ticket was I wasn't able to pick ootp 20 as the game because it wasn't on the list to choose from so I put ootp19, I hope this doesn't cause any problems. I just want my ticket to be seen and resolved with.

Most of the tickets from two days ago have been responded to. Check your spam folder, sometimes the replies will go there. A few refund related tickets are still on the list to be replied to though.

Those from yesterday, we may not have gotten to all of them yet, I'll have to look.
