To fully explain how the nine run 1st inning went against the newly renamed Cleveland Spiders, picture this: Casey Bauer's first at-bat of the inning was a two-run home run. His 2nd at-bat of the inning was Toronto's FIRST out of the inning.

The Jays won 12-5.

Bauer went 3 for 4 with 3 RBI. Chris Heisey hit a Grand Slam (also in the 1st.) Clayton Henning homered.

Things could have gotten out of hand after Joey Gallo homered and was met in his next plate appearance with a pitch to the head by Chase Anderson. Thankfully he was okay and it just seemed to fire up the Blue Jays as they downed the Orioles 5-1.
