18 team Perfect league -- 4 teams relegated?
 

In a normal 30 team league, 4 teams are normally relegated at the Perfect level. This season I'm in an 18 team league (2 divisions of 5, 2 divisions of 4).

I finished 3rd from last overall. I'm not proud of that, but it is my FTP team that finally graduated to Perfect last season after 16 seasons. It would be very disappointing to get sent down because I have the bad luck to to be assigned to an 18 team league.

If experience is any judge, no admins will see this post until Monday, and I'll be back in Diamond come Monday, but these mini-leagues have been and continue to be a blight, especially at the Perfect level.

One of my teams experienced a similar fate in a 24-team league. I think I was the last team to get the axe. Took a couple of seasons to get back to Perfect, so here's hoping it's not too long for you as well.

I wonder if there’s a reason they can’t come up with an even number of perfect leagues to fix this - even at all levels except bronze?
