What year and Why?
 

I don't have FHM 2 yet (money reasons) but when I do get it I will start my league in 1997. That's when I started watching hockey and became a fan of the Red Wings. I don't usually play historical but I haven't followed hockey in awhile so I thought I would give it a try.

So when does everyone else start their leagues?

1931 Montral Maroons
1967 Penguins
1979 Whalers

1967 St Louis Blues
1974 Kansas City Scouts

82 Canucks, because at five years old I started to appreciate hockey and they were my 'home team'.
Later I will do a late 90s Blues replay, to see if I can win a Cup for that team with MacInnis, Pronger, Demitra, Turgeon etc.

1995-96 FLA Panthers if i decide to do a historical season...i would love to see if could avoid the sweep to the COL Avalanche

In the same vote as u as far as game buying wise... Me I'm going back to 2000 when I became a wild fan and do a better drafting then riseborough did after 2001.. Also instead I'm of moving Atlanta to Winnipeg I'm going to add Winnipeg and Quebec as expansion and plus have my favourite player back in wild expansion era Stacy roest before mikko became my favourite player
