Harry Carey 7th Inning Stretch

Does anyone still have that Harry Carey 7th Inning sound wav file? I was hoping to use that again and lost my copy.

Thank you...this worked perfectly and was what I needed.

What folder do you put this into? I'm assuming it will be triggered during the stretch? So great to hear on Opening Day or Weekend.

Sounds go in the "sounds" folder of your install. Depends on where you installed the game. For Steam it's in your "My Folder". For my installation it's D:\.......\OOTP Baseball 19\data\sounds
You can add more sound files like this one. Just append or change the number of the file name if you want to add new sounds. For example, a 7th inning stretch file. Add stretch7.ogg as a new file. Or you can replace one of the others but remember any patch will oberwrite the default files,

If you're on a PC or Linux, I can't help. On a Mac, pull down the "GO" menu, select library. Open Application Support folder. Open Out of the Park Developments folder. Open your current version folder. Drop it into the "sounds" folder.

THEN...realize you were a dork for navigating all those folders and store a link to your OOTP folder in the Dock and live happily ever after...just as I once did because then everything is right there at dock level and when you go to add ballparks, uniforms, fg, et al it's sooooooooo easy.

What is an .ogg file? noticed that all the sounds are .ogg not .wav. I wont get a chance to test it til Monday.

OGG files and WAV files are both audio files. The main difference is that OGG files are much smaller saving download size and bandwidth. OOTP can use either in the sounds folder.

Don't know a darn thing about sound file formats, sorry. Just know this works.
