How long does it take to resolve technical issues?
I have ticket #13148.
Is more than 3 days turnaround time normal? Am I being too impatient? Please help. :( |
Mine was a little over a week. I'd say to wait at least a week before dropping a reminder.

I sent in a ticket on Dec 19 and have heard absolutely nothing. I sent in another one a few days ago. Am I missing something? I just need to find out how when a hard drive cashes how do I go about getting the game on my new pc.

Activation error
edit: Please disregard I figured out how to activate manually.
Yesterday I bought OOTP16 but have not been able to enjoy it yet due to this activation error: eWeb_ActivateSerialNumber returned 0xE0000003 (ENGINE_INTERNAL_ERROR) Any ideas on how to remedy this? I am chompin at the bit to play my new game. My ticket number is 14979 thanks! |
I have ticket number 17199 if anyone knows a solution. I last heard a reply on Oct 6.
